At Re.juve, we strive to ensure you receive the freshest cold-pressed juices; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Upon Delivery
Please check your cold-pressed juices immediately upon arrival to ensure everything is correct and the temperature seal is intact.
- 2.Contact Support
If you receive a damaged or incorrect bottle, email our support team within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- 3.Verification Process
Our team will review your claim and the provided photos to verify the quality concern or shipment error against our kitchen dispatch logs.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will either issue a full refund to your original payment method or arrange for a priority replacement shipment at no extra cost.
